SHIPPING CONDITIONS

As Moltox Laboratory Supply LLC. continues to improve all aspects of our business to bring you the quality products you have come to expect, we are also always improving our education and awareness of the means by which we can deliver these products to you safely. Therefore, we are reaching out to inform you that MLS will be fully compliant with the packaging provisions set forth by sections 2.6.5 and 2.6.6 of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and the US DOT 49 CFR 173.4 & 173.4b of the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations. As a result, a Hazardous Goods Handling fee of $25 will be imposed on all orders that fall under these regulations outlined in IATA 2.6.10 De Minimis Quantities. We are confident that you share the same dedication to the safety of our environment and those who handle these materials as we do.

RETURN POLICY

Items sent to you due to our error are immediately returnable at our expense. Items found to be unsatisfactory will be credited to your account or replaced free of charge. Shipments damaged in transit should be retained, photographed and reported within 7 days of receipt to the Moltox Laboratory Supply Customer Service Department at 1.800.536.7232. Items spoiled or damaged when shipped on the customers freight account are the customer’s responsibility. No credit or replacement will be issued. Items spoiled or damaged when shipped on Moltox Laboratory Supply’s freight account will be replaced or a credit issued.
